Build with AI: Gemini Hackathon — Kuala Lumpur

GDG Cloud Kuala Lumpur, in collaboration with GDG Kuala Lumpur and Google DeepMind, presents a high-stakes, full-day build sprint at Xsolla Curine Academy. This event is part of the global Build with AI series, challenging you to solve Malaysia-centric problems using Gemini’s multimodal reasoning.

Requirements

To be eligible for the USD 25,000 prize pool, teams must provide:

  1. Project Description: Explain the local problem solved and how Gemini’s strengths (Long Context/Multimodality) were used.

  2. AI Studio Implementation: Describe your prompt design, system instructions, and how AI Studio accelerated your build.

  3. Cloud Run URL: Link to the live, deployed application (Mandatory).

  4. GitHub Repository: Link to the codebase for technical review.

  5. YouTube Demo: A 2-minute screen recording demonstrating the app’s functionality.
